What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and advance recovery, reentry, and workforce outcomes through systems-level program development, courtroom and treatment advocacy, and collaborative partnerships—building strong nonprofit operations, budget stewardship, and grant-supported impact.

I’m an accomplished nonprofit and community leader working at the intersection of recovery, criminal justice, workforce development, public policy, and community advocacy. I’m known for helping individuals navigate complex legal, treatment, and social service systems while building collaborative partnerships that strengthen communities and improve outcomes.

I direct program operations and people leadership with a track record of leading a 114-bed women’s residential recovery campus, family housing program, and transitional living services. I supervise employees and volunteers, manage nonprofit budgets, and support grant-funded programming—while representing the organization through media, advocacy, and public engagement.

In direct service roles, I’ve managed a caseload of more than 150 participants and supported approximately 130 referrals per quarter, developing individualized plans that address employment, education, recovery, housing, transportation, and justice involvement. I advocate for participants in courtrooms and treatment settings, and I bring systems-level collaboration through work with Drug Courts, Day Report Centers, correctional facilities, treatment providers, and recovery organizations across West Virginia.
