What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote, hybrid, and in-person opportunities where I can lead programs, grants, housing, operations, procurement, or community-impact initiatives. I value meaningful work, strong partnerships, scalable processes, compliance, and measurable outcomes.

I led program operations at HomeAid, growing annual funding from $900,000 to more than $2.4 million through grants, donor cultivation, sponsorships, and stakeholder engagement.

I managed 63+ shelter renovation and construction projects, 60+ fundraising and community events, grant compliance, financial reporting, procurement, contracts, and partnerships serving transitional housing populations across Northern Virginia. I also built policies adopted as the official employee handbook and supervised staff, interns, and volunteers.

In housing and customer-facing operations, I've managed affordable-housing compliance, resident communications, service workflows, KPI reporting, and bilingual outreach in English and Spanish. At NACA, I counseled 50+ active clients and helped lead an initiative that assisted 20,000+ homeowners with foreclosure prevention.
