What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-aligned team where I can deliver trauma-informed peer support, facilitate groups, and train others with empathy and strong operations. I want meaningful work that values equity, peer voice, and practical execution.

I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed peer recovery support specialist who delivers one-on-one support through the WEconnect app using messaging, Zoom, and phone. I collaborate with members to create tailored recovery and wellness plans with achievable personal goals, and I facilitate online mutual aid support groups such as all-recovery, women’s, and grief groups. I also established community standards for online meetings to promote respectful, supportive engagement.

I’m equally energized by training and mentorship: I serve as an instructor for the 40-hour Certified Peer Counselor program, using trauma-informed, strength-based, interactive adult learning methods. I guide students entering behavioral health fields (including people with lived experience and system involvement), evaluate competency through skill-building, roleplay, and assessments, and help center equity, access, and peer voice in behavioral health systems. Before my peer work, I built a strong operational and technical foundation through roles in HR analytics, partner enablement for Microsoft, and compliance-focused engineering work supporting E911 routing—skills I bring forward as a tech-savvy, values-driven, execution-focused partner.
