What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead secure IAM/MDM automation, strengthen access controls and standardization, and improve operations through scripting, APIs, and cloud platforms—while collaborating closely with security and engineering teams.

I’m a Service Desk Engineer who implements and maintains MDM systems like Intune and JAMF, with a strong focus on IAM configuration, security, and process standardization. In my current role, I automate onboarding/offboarding and daily tasks using workflows, scripting, and APIs, while continuously improving the platforms I support.

I also bring a customer-facing technical mindset from working as a Customer Success Engineer—troubleshooting API issues, handling helpdesk tickets, and analyzing merchant transactions using Looker, Kibana, Athena, QuickSight, New Relic, and MariaDB. During outages and technical investigations, I collaborate with technical partners and support testing across Test and Prod environments.

Earlier, I worked as a DevOps Engineer / System Administrator and Systems Engineer, where I set up and managed Kubernetes clusters and delivered CI/CD with Jenkins and ArgoCD. I used Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and helped move from docker-compose to Kubernetes manifests using Helm charts while supporting production go-lives and operational integrity.

My background includes hands-on Systems Administrator and Linux Administrator work—building monitoring and configuration management solutions, tuning performance, and maintaining reliable infrastructure and user access. I’m actively developing across cloud platforms through certifications including AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals/ongoing Azure administration training.
