Targeting global tech, EdTech, or mission-driven orgs where I can build programs and partner with executive leadership. Open to full-time or long-term contract.

I build and run digital academies and learning programs from zero, then keep them running, in English or Spanish. Ph.D., 19+ years, AI-native.

Most recently I built two digital academies from scratch for Latinas in Tech, a 40,000-member global community backed by LinkedIn, Match Group, and Uber, with 90+ automated workflows, full enrollment and credentialing, and two flagship summits (1,000+ in-person in San Francisco, 2,000+ virtual). Before that I built Hacking HR's certificate program portfolio and ran 6 global programs for 1,000+ HR leaders.

• Learning operations: enrollment, credentialing, dashboards, SOPs, automation
