I design learner-centered education programs that help people build skills, confidence and practical knowledge they can apply. For more than 15 years, I’ve transformed complex ideas into engaging learning experiences across Latin America. I specialize in gender mainstreaming and women's empowerment.
Through Crea Potencial, I’ve designed and scaled more than 50 learning experiences, leadership programs and innovation processes for universities, governments and NGOs in Mexico. My work has trained facilitators, professors, entrepreneurs and students, including entrepreneurship programs reaching 2,035 entrepreneurs through 40 partner organizations.
At Pro Mujer, I co-designed the hybrid Start Your Business program, achieving an 89% completion rate in Mexico and training 3,282 women across Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras with an 87% completion rate. I also built learner segmentation, facilitator training and methodology-transfer models that supported scalable, culturally relevant implementation.
I bring Human-Centered Design, learner research, rapid prototyping and learning analytics to leadership, entrepreneurship and educational innovation initiatives. I enjoy collaborating across cultures and disciplines to create deeply human learning ecosystems that can grow sustainably.
