At Computacenter, I support Inside Sales as an SAP SME, improving SAP and GTS Operations workflows through practical guidance, process documentation, and training.

I coach team members on complex order placement, configuration, delivery requests, invoicing, issue resolution, and end-to-end quote-to-invoice execution. I also create training guides, visual job aids, and standard operating procedures that strengthen knowledge transfer and process consistency.

I partner with Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Inside Sales to resolve purchasing, delivery, invoicing, and customer-impacting issues through an own-to-resolution approach. I plan and execute test scenarios for tool enhancements and process changes, documenting results and communicating gaps.

Previously, I managed a $2M+ Salesforce pipeline at MountainSeed, generated 25 to 35 qualified meetings monthly, and supported research tied to $300M+ in transactions. My background combines SAP enablement, sales operations, KPI reporting, and cross-functional process improvement.
