At Honest n Loyal, I coordinate 50–70 in-home disability support services each week across a rotating team of 10–20 support workers, managing shift allocation, coverage gaps, and scheduling conflicts.

I built an automated Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Xero workflow that eliminated 13 hours of manual administration each week. I also own the invoicing cycle from service records through client billing, ensuring accuracy against regulated funding requirements.

Previously, at Expreso El Trebol in Argentina, I coordinated daily delivery operations for a 20-person logistics team, scheduling routes and drivers around changing demand. I worked between drivers, office staff, and management to resolve issues in real time and keep deliveries on schedule.

I'm fluent in English and a native Spanish speaker, comfortable working independently, documenting repeatable processes, and coordinating distributed teams through clear written communication.
