I am an Australia-based Operations Manager with 27 years of experience across business operations, administration, project coordination, financial administration and customer service. My background spans property, maintenance, construction support, consulting and other service-based businesses, including managing my own businesses.

In my most recent role, I coordinated the daily operations of busy property and maintenance businesses. I managed projects from the initial request and quotation stage through scheduling, procurement, contractor coordination, progress monitoring, client communication, invoicing and final completion. I also supported accounts payable and receivable, supplier payments, reconciliations, cash-flow monitoring, reporting and general financial administration.

I enjoy bringing structure to busy environments, improving processes and making sure work is followed through. I have introduced procedures, templates and Asana workflows that improved visibility, accountability and consistency across teams. I am comfortable managing competing priorities, identifying potential problems early and keeping clients, managers, contractors and suppliers informed.

My most recent role was fully remote, so I am experienced in managing my workload independently, communicating across distributed teams and maintaining accurate records without close supervision. I have a fully equipped home office and am confident using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, Asana, Teams, Zoom and a range of accounting, CRM and business-management systems.
