What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can handle customer support confidently, manage invoices and data accurately, and support smooth daily operations through clear communication and organized follow-through.

I handled customer complaints and checkout questions at Penny Wise Supermarket & Pharmacy, taking calls and email inquiries and processing returns and exchanges by policy. I worked with the team to improve customer service strategies while keeping transactions accurate.
