I’m a results-oriented customer service professional with experience across both corporate and government roles. I focus on delivering efficient, quality service by combining strong communication with practical problem-solving.

In my Customer Service Representative role at TTEC Customer Solutions Private Limited, I handled customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through virtual channels. I provided accurate product and service information to enhance customer satisfaction and tailor solutions to individual needs.

From August 2024 to November 2025, I worked with Public Relations under the Govt. of Maharashtra, Forest and Revenue Department. Earlier, I served as a Village Revenue Officer, maintaining and updating village land and revenue records and supporting citizen services with reliable documentation.

I also reported agricultural data and disaster-related information, helping ensure timely, organized administrative processes. With skills in teamwork, time management, leadership, critical thinking, and multitasking, I aim to keep workflows smooth and customers and citizens supported.
