What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative, process-driven customer-facing role where I can use my sales and collections expertise, train teammates, improve KPIs, and grow into leadership.

I am a customer-service and collections professional with extensive experience across telecom and banking sectors, currently supporting Verizon US at Accenture since July 2024.

At Radius Global Solutions I served as a Sr. Associate (11/2018–07/2024), making outbound calls for American Express legal collections, performing skip tracing, managing files and emails, and training and assisting team members to meet recovery targets. I also handled inbound support roles at Tech Mahindra and TCS, resolving billing queries and completing verification tasks.
