Fabio Franco
@fabiofranco
I build e-commerce, marketplace, and payments products that turn technical complexity into measurable revenue growth.
What I'm looking for
At Sephora Brazil, I lead the app, site, and QA squads across its digital ecosystem, recovering approximately 1% of checkout revenue through payment optimization and launching Retail Media as an incremental revenue line.
I've built and scaled e-commerce, marketplace, CRM, and platform products at Mercado Livre, MGB, AES, and two startups I founded. My work has driven 3x app adoption and up to 30% conversion at Mercado Livre, doubled MGB's online revenue, and recovered $63M in unbilled revenue at AES.
I enjoy turning payments, data, integrations, and customer experiences into scalable products, working across LatAm, US, and European teams.
