What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead operations, improve processes, support clients, and use sales, logistics, real estate, and AI tools to deliver measurable results.

I've led daily operations at Secure Auto Transport, coordinating a 12-person delivery team, dispatch, driver training, scheduling, logistics, and payroll for 250+ monthly vehicle deliveries supporting clients including Tesla and BMW.

Most recently, I conducted telesales presentations as a licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent at The Diversified Companies, helping beneficiaries understand and select Medicare Advantage plans. I'm licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Texas.

I've also built and managed a multi-family real estate portfolio through Baez Holdings LLC, purchasing and renovating four properties and selling New Jersey properties for a 2x gain. Across real estate, coaching, instruction, marketing, and community work, I bring practical leadership, client education, and operational discipline.
