I'm a customer Support professional with strong skills in managing Customer relationships, resolving complaints and attending to enquiries professionally while showing empathy why remaining calm during heated situations.

Working at Sterling Bank, I delivered exceptional customer service, resolved complex inquiries, and built meaningful stakeholder relationships.

I also made sure customers feedback is communicated back to the management at every point in time , this helps the organization to make products and decisions that positively impacts the lives of customer.
