I founded Credix Debt Management and grew it into a debt restructuring operation serving more than 3,000 clients.

I managed commercial, operational, and client-service activities while building relationships with consumers, credit providers, and other stakeholders. I negotiated sustainable restructuring plans across 500+ home-loan and 1,000+ vehicle-finance matters.

Previously, I oversaw high-volume debt management operations, coordinated five internal teams and 50+ external stakeholders, and led teams of up to 15 people. I use financial-services knowledge and regulatory frameworks to resolve compliance issues and improve workflows.

At Intelligent Debt Management t/a Debt Busters, I delivered complex restructuring projects and developed The Debtometer, an executive report for debt review operations data. My earlier accounting work included reconciliations, creditor administration, and financial control processes.
