What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead credit solutions and digital advisory in a regulated fintech, driving higher conversion and customer outcomes while strengthening compliance, governance, and operational risk—within a collaborative culture that values data-led decision-making and high-output teams.

I’m a commercially driven financial services leader with 8+ years of progressive experience across credit solutions, debt management, and fintech operations. I currently head Sanlam Credit Solutions (Sanlam Group) where I lead a team of 15–20 and oversee a digital credit advisory platform.

In this role, I consistently improve sales conversion by optimising the end-to-end credit advisory journey across sales, marketing, data, and technology workstreams. I also strengthen compliance and reduce compliance incidents through stronger governance frameworks, complaints management processes, and operational risk oversight, while partnering with internal stakeholders and external partners to expand the platform’s value proposition.

Before Sanlam, I led high-output debt management sales operations at Intelligent Debt Management Group (DebtBusters), managing an end-to-end sales funnel (500–1,000 leads per month) and translating business strategy into tactical execution for teams of 15–20 consultants. Earlier, I managed and coached financial assessors delivering debt consolidation solutions and regulated financial advice, and I supported peer training and mentorship, backed by UCT analytics certifications, a UCT Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice, and Debt Counsellor accreditation.
