I’m looking for a role where I can resolve customer issues quickly using CRM tools, deliver exceptional experiences through empathy and communication, and support business growth with retail/e-commerce customer focus and strong visual presentation.

I’m a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Professional with hands-on experience in retail, e-commerce, and skincare industries. In my most recent role as a Customer Service Representative (Remx Stores, 2024–2025), I delivered prompt, professional support—resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently while improving customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and follow-ups.
