What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven Sales and Customer Service Professional, known for building strong client relationships through clear communication, negotiation, and consistent problem-solving. I deliver excellent customer experiences while staying focused on practical outcomes like retention and conversions.
In my customer-facing roles, I’ve supported internal and external customers, maintained and updated customer records, and communicated promotions and updates via email.
