What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a customer service role where I can handle phone/email/chat, resolve complaints, meet KPIs, and use my problem-solving and Microsoft Office skills in a calm, fast-paced team.

I’m a customer service expert trained in BTEC Business and Marketing Level 3, with strong Microsoft skills developed through producing reports and presentations. I’m calm, friendly, and skilled at building rapport while showing empathy and patience with customer queries.

Most recently, I delivered customer support via phone, email, and chat at Teleperformance, resolving high-volume enquiries while maintaining customer satisfaction. I escalated complex issues appropriately, met KPIs for handling time and quality, and accurately logged interactions in line with data protection standards, including GDPR.

Alongside this, I’ve built reliable customer-handling experience through roles including Personal Assistant and Customer Service Assistant, where I managed inbound calls, carried out identity/security checks, handled cash and payments, and supported customers during busy periods. I’m motivated to keep improving—currently attending job search sessions and working with an Employment Coach to secure the next opportunity.
