I’m looking for a remote role where I can run high-volume executive workflows—calendars, inboxes, research, documentation, and customer communication—across time zones while using process improvement and AI-assisted tasks to drive efficiency.

I’m an Executive Virtual Assistant with over 8 years of experience supporting both remote and on-site teams in fast-paced environments. I manage schedules, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day operations while keeping confidentiality and deadlines front and center.

In my current role, I manage high-volume inboxes and calendars, organize digital information with strong attention to detail, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones. I also conduct online research and prepare structured summaries, reports, and documentation to support decision-making.

I’ve consistently focused on customer communication and service quality, maintaining over 95% customer satisfaction by handling inquiries efficiently and professionally. I’m recognized for accuracy, organization, and critical thinking—especially when processing information or completing prompt-based, instruction-driven tasks.

Previously, I led a beauty and fashion retail business as Founder & Operations Lead, overseeing daily operations, inventory coordination, supplier and order workflows, and client issue resolution. Earlier roles as an Administrative Officer and Administrator & Customer Success Manager strengthened my ability to organize operations, train users on ERP processes, and partner with teams to solve system challenges.
