What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and optimize email, SMS, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns, using audience insights and testing to improve customer engagement and conversion.

At Precious Liquid, I build and execute customer engagement campaigns across Klaviyo email and SMS, e-commerce, web, social, and promotional channels. I coordinate audience segments, messaging, timing, offers, and customer journeys from planning through deployment.

I executed a segmented incentive campaign to an audience of more than 8,000 customers, generating over 100 participants in the first 24 hours and supporting fulfillment of 100+ promotional fragrance boxes. I also coordinate lifecycle and launch campaigns for Sweet Tonka, Brave Heart, and Morning Star.

I bring experience in campaign analytics, A/B testing, landing-page and WordPress content, social promotion, and cross-functional coordination. Earlier, I managed digital communications at Lynn University and coordinated vendors, proposals, and operational workstreams at Victory Church.
