What I'm looking for
I’m a Learning and Talent Development leader with 8+ years of experience designing and scaling onboarding, leadership development, and talent programs in high-performance professional environments. I partner cross-functionally with senior leadership to build learning strategies that improve engagement, accelerate integration, and support long-term organizational growth.
In my current role as Professional Development and Integration Manager, I designed and launched scalable 30/60/90-day onboarding and integration frameworks to accelerate attorney productivity, engagement, and long-term retention. I develop learning resources, communication strategies, and engagement initiatives—then use AI-enabled tools and workflow automation to streamline content development, program planning, communication drafting, and training resource creation.
Previously, as Manager, Opportunity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Goodwin Procter LLP, I helped design and implement enterprise talent development strategies supporting engagement, retention, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. I also developed and executed global leadership development summits across three continents (200+ attendees), facilitated firmwide leadership and inclusion-focused learning programs, managed a $3 million annual budget, and coached my team through performance feedback, development planning, and mentorship.
