I've supported senior leaders at Lepercq Group, a 25-person family office with $1B+ AUM, managing global calendars, travel, confidential communications, and executive operations. I also provided month-long CEO coverage during a high-volume period while supporting competing priorities across leadership.

At Lepercq Group, I led the design and project management of a 10,000-square-foot gut office renovation from concept through completion, coordinating contractors, vendors, procurement, budgets, timelines, and installation. At a private trading firm, I supported the CEO and Head of Business Development while managing facilities, HR processes, executive travel, and employee experiences.

Through Erica Reiling Studio, I directed operations for a team of five contractors and a legal advisor, led brand growth through web design and content strategy, and earned features in British Vogue, World of Interiors, and other publications. I also taught myself JavaScript to create a 10,000-piece generative digital art collection and founded The Venus Fund, a Web3 art and philanthropy community.
