At Elevated Trading, LLC, I support the CEO across five business entities, managing his professional and personal operating rhythm and helping shift his focus toward growth, acquisitions, and new ventures.
I led adoption of ChatGPT and Gemini across a 30+ employee organization and built workflows for HR, recruiting, SOPs, sales, marketing, and executive research. These workflows cut SOP finalization from up to two hours to less than 20 minutes.
I also helped operationalize EOS practices, implement ClickUp, and build recruiting and HR systems. Earlier, at EIKON Consulting Group, I supported architects and engineers across construction projects; at Gritstone Dallas, I led and developed six direct reports.
