What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support a growing team through executive operations, people programs, recruiting coordination, and culture-building work that improves how the company runs.

At Archive, a Series B resale-as-a-service startup, I support the CEO through complex calendaring, communications, domestic and international travel, and company-wide offsites. I also run people operations, recruiting coordination, HRIS administration, contractor payments, international wires, vendor research, and helped launch the company’s first 401k plan.

Previously, I supported leadership at Climate Leadership Initiative and Blueshift, where I was the first administrative hire and created processes for onboarding, recruiting, people operations, and company culture. I’ve planned employee events, managed office moves, coordinated cross-time-zone stakeholders, and built practical systems that help teams operate smoothly.
