I'm looking to support executives and high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment where I can lead workplace operations, manage meaningful projects, and create experiences that help employees thrive.

I've supported founders and C-level leaders at Fable Security and ActiveCampaign, managing complex calendars, partner communications, travel, events, and high-priority special projects.

At Fable Security, I supported two cofounders while helping the operations team grow headcount from 7 to 45 employees in 1.5 years. I also project-managed two office openings, independently managed construction projects, and created programs including daily lunch catering, performance rewards, and gift-giving.

At ActiveCampaign, I supported the CMO, CTO, and CPO and planned a week-long post-acquisition retreat for 30 global team members. I facilitated offsites, onsites, and virtual meetings for an 800+ globally distributed team.

I've also built engaging workplace experiences at Wildbit, Talkdesk, and Whil Concepts, from onboarding and laptop provisioning to vendor management, SOC 2 compliance, and employee events. I'm passionate about empowering executives and their teams to thrive in fast-paced tech environments.
