What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a full-time remote Customer Support or Customer Service role where I can contribute to exceptional customer experiences, support international customers, work with distributed teams, and continue growing professionally.

I've supported approximately 40 freelance clients on Fiverr by building and customizing more than 20 Shopify stores for businesses across multiple industries.

I work directly with clients to understand their goals, gather requirements, share project updates, answer questions, and resolve concerns throughout each project. My focus is on making store setup, product organization, revisions, and improvements straightforward while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Alongside Shopify work, I've supported digital marketing efforts through Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Twitch promotion strategies.

I'm available for full-time remote work and enjoy supporting international customers and distributed teams. I bring strong written and spoken English, active listening, organization, and a commitment to continuously learning new technologies.
