I've built and managed customer-facing fashion businesses, handling sales, product enquiries, orders, payments, delivery follow-up, and customer concerns from start to finish.

Through Grace Fashion Store, I started an online fashion business and expanded it into a physical store. I communicate directly with customers, provide product updates, coordinate fulfilment with vendors, and manage social media promotion and daily operations.

Since 2019, I've sold thrift and new clothing through direct sales, Facebook, and WhatsApp. I independently manage customer relationships, vendor coordination across states, delivery arrangements, and follow-up when issues occur.

I'm building practical remote customer-support skills through training in Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Intercom, ticket escalation, support metrics, and Google Workspace.
