I am a customer care and sales professional with hands-on experience in reservation support, outbound sales, and assisting hosts to create and manage property listings. I bring strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills with a detail-oriented approach.

During my roles at Intouch CX and Phinma-Saint Jude College, I handled reservations, organized emails and calendars, performed cold calling for sales, engaged with customers on social channels, and tracked order status through online logistics systems. I am comfortable with basic computer work including Excel, Word and PDF, and I have experience in data entry and social media engagement.

I am available any day of the week and can start immediately. I aim to grow my experience in customer service, logistics, and sales while contributing reliability, responsiveness, and a strong willingness to learn to my next employer.
