What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, B2B sales, lead generation, or digital marketing role where I can communicate with customers and prospects, manage outreach and follow-ups, solve issues, and contribute to measurable team objectives.

I'm currently supporting email marketing and lead generation at GAO Tek Inc., where I research B2B prospects, build accurate contact databases, conduct personalized outreach, and qualify leads for campaigns.

Previously at CDcare, I handled product, account, payment, order, and service inquiries while resolving complaints, escalating complex issues, and following up to support customer satisfaction and retention.

At PalmPay, I conducted outbound cold calls, introduced products and services to prospective customers and businesses, qualified prospects, managed objections, and maintained records of sales activity and follow-ups.
