I’m looking to design scalable, self-paced learning for remote teams—turning ILT into engaging courses, building scenario practice, and modernizing onboarding with AI-assisted workflows and strong LMS-enabled delivery.

I’m an instructional designer and enablement leader with 10+ years building scalable eLearning programs for remote, distributed teams. I specialize in converting instructor-led training into engaging self-paced courses that learners can use immediately.

In my most recent roles at Appfire and Pluralsight (Flow), I’ve designed and developed self-paced Articulate 360 courses, created scenario-based simulations in Arcade, and produced animated explainer videos in Vyond to support product launches. I also established AI-assisted course authoring workflows that reduced development time by 30%+ while maintaining strong learner engagement.

I bring a full lifecycle mindset—ADDIE/SAM methodologies, needs analysis, storyboarding, and microlearning—along with LMS administration experience across Docebo and Litmos.
