At IBEX GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, I provided Spanish- and English-language customer service for the Walmart.com campaign. My customer support experience includes handling phone, email, and chat inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
As a social promoter at NAMLO INTERNATIONAL, I organized rural communities and managed social projects. This work included projects for school rehabilitation, school kitchens, and drinking water and sanitation systems.
