I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service representative and educator with nearly a decade of experience supporting learners and customers across phone, chat and email channels. I combine classroom leadership as a former Foreign Language Department Coordinator with hands-on B2B and B2C client-facing support.

My background includes roles at Teleperformance Nicaragua and NexusTeleservices where I handled phone, chat and email interactions, transfers, and appointment setting, plus interpretation/translation for NGO medical brigades. I have a degree in Educational Sciences (Major in English) and SIT TESOL specialty in teaching multicultural students, which I applied using methodologies such as ECRIF and PDP.

I am hardworking, organized and team-oriented, skilled at conflict resolution and facilitating effective learning experiences.
