At Argos Multilingual, I review marketing content against source materials, style guides, and terminology requirements, resolve linguist queries, manage linguistic bugs, and perform staging reviews for key digital assets. I also review AI-generated subtitles for linguistic accuracy, synchronization, and subtitling compliance for film and series platforms.

I've managed Romanian translation and transcription teams at Productive Playhouse, including hiring and managing more than 30 translators and reviewers to provide 24-hour coverage. I coordinate assignments, review deliverables, support team members, and develop Romanian language evaluation tests.

My background includes life sciences, financial auditing, food safety, legal, technical, and business translation. I work with Trados Studio 2021, XTM, memoQ, MemSource, Wordbee, Translation Workspace, and client-specific tools.
