At XTENSOS, I oversaw translation and interpreting projects from start to finish. I prepared client quotes and vendor POs using XTRF or Plunet, and allocated resources based on project budgets, complexity, and client expectations.
I processed files before and after translation and checked deliverables against client expectations. When complaints arose, I logged them, provided root cause analyses and corrective and preventive actions to clients, and implemented internal corrective and preventive actions.
My experience also includes written translation and interpreting in medical, legal, and marketing fields. I volunteered as a freelance translator with Translators without Borders and hold a master's degree in Translation and Interpreting from Universitatea „Dunărea de Jos” din Galați.
