At Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, I administer enterprise business systems across multiple offices, managing access, profiles, permissions, configuration, and user support. I build Power BI and Excel reporting while maintaining reliable, consistent platform experiences.
I’ve supported CRM and fundraising operations at The Royal Conservatory of Music and Canadian Hearing Services, where I managed donor data, produced reports, led reconciliation, and upheld data standards. I also support QA and UAT, document processes and system guides, and coordinate fixes with business and technical stakeholders.
Earlier, I coordinated digital projects at Web on Demand from kickoff through delivery, improving client visibility through weekly reporting. I’m currently completing Salesforce ADM-201 certification and continue building on my Salesforce administration foundation.
