I seek a customer-success-focused role at a growth-oriented SaaS company where I can drive adoption, expansions, and renewals while partnering cross-functionally and mentoring teams.

I am a Senior Customer Success Manager with a track record of managing mid-market portfolios and driving adoption, renewals, and expansion across SaaS platforms. I manage large books of business and collaborate cross-functionally to align customers with the right resources and product solutions.
