What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead program delivery and talent acquisition end-to-end—managing onboarding/offboarding, improving performance workflows, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes with strong tools and processes.

I’m a Senior Program Specialist at Allegis Global Solutions (Samsung Electronics America), where I lead a team and manage client-specific managed services processes across the contingent worker lifecycle—from onboarding through offboarding. I also handle renewal and approvals such as Contract Renewal, LOA Approval, and New Hire onboarding, plus ongoing performance management and asset return workflows.

Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Lead at PH Fimedia Network (Skintific PH), I owned end-to-end internal recruitment: job posting, screening, outreach through LinkedIn/Seek/Indeed, phone interviews, endorsement to hiring managers, and offers. I supported training and orientation for new hires while contributing to employee labor relations and performance/assessment and evaluation activities using tools like Zoho, BambooHR, and HR Breezy.

Earlier roles included Talent Acquisition Lead/HR Lead cum Business Development Manager and recruiter BPO work, where I handled sourcing to pre-employment requirements and managed non/volume hiring for roles ranging from Executive to Director levels. I also led recruitment and client support activities such as onboarding/orientation, assessment and performance evaluation, 201 files, HR policies, lead generation, rate negotiation, and KPI reporting.

I complement my people-ops and program leadership with a freelance front-end development background from JAV Technology Inc., where I created and managed websites and website content, including social media content. I’ve built with HTML, CSS, and SQL, and I enjoy translating process needs into practical tools and solutions.
