In my current role as HR Associate, I manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-employment processes for US and PH hires, while maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and HR trackers. Previously, as Senior Recruitment Specialist, I screened candidates, ran job ads, coordinated hiring activities, conducted market research, and trained new recruiters. I served as Project Lead to develop a new company website portal and collaborated with marketing to strengthen employer branding.
