What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a patient-centered healthcare role where I can combine concierge-style communication with accurate scheduling, insurance verification, and EMR documentation—while growing in medical billing/coding and improving the patient experience.

I’m a patient-focused healthcare professional with experience across patient concierge services, medical assisting, and hospital patient care. I help patients feel supported by managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating follow-up, and ensuring excellent patient experiences.

In my current Patient Concierge role, I manage patient inquiries end-to-end—creating orders in WooCommerce, processing payments, maintaining records in KarWell, and generating Excel reports. I also rely on Aircall to stay responsive and organized while working closely with teams to keep care moving.

Previously, I supported Bay Area Gastroenterology by handling scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and EPIC documentation, while obtaining vitals and assisting providers during exams and procedures. Earlier, I worked as a Nurse Technician providing direct patient care, monitoring, charting, and one-to-one behavioral health observation while maintaining safety and HIPAA-compliant records.
