What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare role where I can use my CMAA/CEHRS and patient-care coordination experience to support clinicians with prior authorizations, EHR-focused administration, and compassionate, organized patient service.

I bring a background rooted in high-stakes data entry and exceptional customer service, and I’m eager to transition my skills into the healthcare field. I recently earned my certifications as a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA), Certified Electronic Health Record Specialist (CEHRS), and ProHIPAA professional.

In my current role as a Patient Care Coordinator at AssistRx, I act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurers to streamline access to specialty medications. I navigate prior authorizations and connect patients with financial assistance programs using the iAssist platform, removing administrative hurdles so they can focus on recovery.
