What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote client-facing role where I can manage high-volume communication, strengthen client relationships, coordinate across time zones, and contribute through clear guidance, reliable follow-up, and team leadership.

At Emsoh Consults Limited, I lead client support for a study abroad program, guiding prospective and enrolled clients from first inquiry through confirmed enrollment.

I handle more than 200 calls each day while supervising a client-facing team, resolving concerns, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records. I work effectively across United States, United Kingdom, and European time zones in fully remote environments.

Previously, I managed client records, correspondence, intake meetings, and international virtual consultations at P.C. Obioha and Associates. I have also provided client advisory support at Bullaugen Technology and liaison support at the Ministry of Justice.

My legal background helps me listen carefully, communicate clearly under pressure, and make complex information easier for clients to understand.
