I’m looking for a Customer Support / IT Support role where I can troubleshoot confidently, manage helpdesk incidents, and deliver great user experiences. I’m comfortable supporting users remotely or onsite and collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues fast.

I’m a certified IT Support and Customer Support professional with hands-on experience delivering technical assistance, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting end-users both onsite and remotely. I focus on helpdesk operations, clear customer communication, incident resolution, and system maintenance to drive customer satisfaction.

As a Facility & Operations Manager, I provide technical and operational support to ensure uninterrupted services, troubleshoot system issues, and manage customer requests and service delivery. I’ve built a practical, service-first approach to keeping operations running smoothly while responding quickly to customer needs.

In my previous roles, I delivered frontline support and resolved technical complaints while maintaining office IT systems and improving customer satisfaction. I also installed and configured computer systems, diagnosed hardware/software faults, and supported users with effective technical solutions.
