I'm seeking an opportunity as an Airbnb Specialist, Virtual Assistant, or Customer/Technical Support Representative, where my skills and fast learning curve can add immediate value to a growing team.

At Short Term Rental Academy, I trained in the core work of an Airbnb co-host, including property listing optimization, guest communication, and turnover coordination. I also studied short-term rental business considerations and practiced client outreach.

As a Team Lead Intern at Excelerate Global Internships and Programs, I led a team through a business compliance and operations internship. I helped turn program requirements into practical action steps and tracked compliance activities.

Through IT support training at Digital Witch Support Community, I practiced handling customer inquiries and cases with HubSpot, Freshdesk, and Zendesk. I also trained in scheduling, workflow automation, and remote communication tools.
