Seeking an IT role with opportunities for growth and development

With over 4 years of experience in customer service across various fields, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a diploma in Sciences Teaching. My career began as a Sciences and Biology Teacher, where I engaged over 400 students annually and organized science fairs to promote critical thinking. Later, I transitioned into Customer Support and hospitality, advancing from cashier to shift supervisor in a few months, which strengthened my problem-solving, leadership, and multilingual communication skills.

Currently, I'm enhancing my technical expertise through the Junior IT Analyst Program by NPower Canada, focusing on IT infrastructure, project management, and certifications in IT Support and generative AI. Fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish, I thrive in multicultural environments.
