What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role that lets me grow from IT training into junior IT support/analysis, where troubleshooting, clear documentation, and teamwork matter. I want a structured environment that values continuous improvement and responsible AI.

I bring 10+ years of hospitality experience delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. I’m known for strong communication with guests, coworkers, and management, plus staying organized, punctual, and accurate—especially during large-scale events.

I’m actively building my IT foundation through hands-on training, including configuring Windows and Linux systems, troubleshooting service and support issues, and applying best practices for documentation, change management, and scripting. I also developed core networking and infrastructure understanding (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) and directory services skills (Active Directory, OpenLDAP), while learning project management fundamentals like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
