What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT user support role where I can troubleshoot software, systems, and database issues, collaborate with IT teams, and create clear documentation that improves service efficiency.

I'm currently supporting internal and external clients at Housing and Infrastructure Canada, where I triage and resolve service requests and incidents within service standards.

I help users troubleshoot software, systems, and database-related issues, documenting resolutions through ticketing and tracking systems.
