Work as a licensed insurance agent and customer service representative for medical and life policies, servicing clients across 26 states and partnering with providers including Aetna, UHC, BCBS, Great Western and TransAmerica. Assist clients by phone with application submissions and enrollments using the Assurance platform.

Delivered K-12 instruction in special education across English, Math and Business, prepared lessons and facilitated standardized assessments during long-term placements. Served in interim roles including media specialist and physical education teacher and supervised mandatory after-school activities.

Provided supervision and skill-building instruction for developmentally disabled and brain-injured adults, facilitating behavioral and vocational goals and coordinating with care-management teams.
