I’m an organized, results-driven Insurance Representative focused on helping employers and employees understand voluntary employee benefits. I educate stakeholders on accident, disability, life, and critical illness products, manage the full sales cycle, and support ongoing renewals with strong client relationship management.

In my current role, I also leverage consultative selling and CRM tracking to keep pipeline development and customer interactions precise and compliant. I’ve led and developed a team of insurance agents through coaching, training, and performance management, and I’ve earned recognition including “Rookie of the Year” and “New Sales Representative of the Year.”

Before insurance, I built experience in recruiting and staffing as a Recruiting & Staffing Associate at KLDiscovery. I supported launches of multiple projects, created and oversaw job postings, reviewed resumes using an Oracle database, and helped ensure timely onboarding transitions using DocuSign and HireRight—while creating clear training materials for new employees.

My foundation also comes from education: I’ve worked as a Kindergarten Teacher and a Fifth Grade Interventionist, using data collection and analysis to guide student success and collaborating with families and teams. With a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction, I bring a teaching background to effectively communicate, train, and build relationships across roles.
